The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature, organised by The Climate Coalition.

The Culture Services environmental working group are showcasing a varieties of activities, taking place at Danum Gallery Library and Museum, around this celebration, including, social clubs, workshops, a talk and an exhibition. All demonstrate how communities are taking action to tackle climate change to restore nature in Doncaster.

Exhibition: All Hands on the Don

Don Catchment Rivers Trust (DCRT) was established to help protect and restore the River Don, and all the rivers and streams which flow into it. Since 2023, the trust has been delivering the ‘All Hands on the Don’ project across Doncaster. This exhibition aims to showcase and celebrate the work of the project and the River Don through the project’s themes.
