Heritage Doncaster provides heritage services across the Borough of Doncaster and is part of Doncaster Council.  As a council service, we adhere to Doncaster Council’s privacy policy which can be viewed online at www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/the-council-democracy/privacy

What information do we collect?

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact and Enquiry Forms

We collect personal data from visitors this website who complete online forms on the site.  These include enquiry forms, contact forms, and newsletter sign-ups.  The collection, storage and use of this data complies with Doncaster Council’s data protection and privacy policies and is collected with your consent.
