Local History Month Open Day 10 May 2025 Tour Bookings

Come along and discover Doncaster’s local history. This multipurpose building houses the City of Doncaster Archives and Local Studies collections and research space, King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry Research and Collections Centre, and the vast collection of the Doncaster Grammar School Railway Collection.

No booking is required for drop in visitors, however free guided tours require prebooking. Please complete the below form and a member of the team will get in touch to confirm your booking.

Tours of the three spaces – Archives, KOYLI Research and Collections Centre and the Doncaster Grammar School Railway Collection – run simultaneously at 10.30am, 11.30am and 2.30pm. You cannot attend two tours at the same time.
