The History Report
In summer 2024, a group of young carers worked with Heritage Doncaster and Madaan Media to create their own audio stories. They explored Doncaster’s military history and the medal sets in the King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry (KOYLI) Research and Collections Centre as part of our The National Lottery Heritage Fund supported KOYLI collections project.
The group wrote and edited their own scripts, recorded their voices, selected sound effects and music, edited the episodes and designed the cover art.
