Let’s Discover – Our City Doncaster

Location: Danum Gallery Library and Museum
Synopsis
Pupils uncover Doncaster’s past and discover what makes our city special. In this workshop there is opportunity to explore the museum and gallery spaces and get hands on with real and replica artefacts.
Workshop One
Let’s Create – Stained Glass Window
Subject: History & Art
Length: 1.5 – 2 hours
Key Stage: KS2
Location: Danum Gallery Library and Museum
Synopsis
Pupils will take inspiration from the Parkinson & Sons’ stained glass window advert to create their own stained glass advertisement of something they are proud of in Doncaster.

Gold Members: 4 workshops onsite and 1 outreach workshop per package
Silver Members: 2 workshops onsite and 1 outreach workshop per package
Workshops on site at Danum Gallery, Library and Museum
Full Day (2 workshops per class): £10.30 per pupil (up to 35 pupils)
a minimum charge of £215+VAT for a full day
Half Day (1 work shop per class): £6.20 per pupil (up to 35 pupils)
a minimum charge of £160+VAT for a half day
Outreach Workshop
£7.20 per pupil (up to 35 pupils)
a minimum charge of £200+VAT per workshop
